How do I get started?

Book your free consultation to tour our studio and find the membership type that is right for you. To attend a workshop or event as a non-member, simply register on our Events page.

Where are you located?

Find us at 6356 W. Gunnison, Chicago, IL 60630, on the corner of Nagle and Gunnison, less than a mile off the I-90. There is plenty of free parking in the lot behind the studio, which can be accessed just east or just north of the facility.

What can I expect at my consultation?

Your first visit will involve a detailed assessment of your wellness needs, followed by a personalized treatment plan. Wear comfortable clothing and come prepared to discuss your health history and wellness goals.

Am I required to participate in all services as a member?

Not at all! Your journey is yours to design! We recommend taking advantage of all offerings for the most well-rounded health approach, but you can do what fits best for your lifestyle.

Do I need prior fitness experience to join?

No, our programs are adaptable to all fitness levels, and we'll guide you at a pace that works for you.

Will the nutrition guidance be restrictive or boring?

No way! We believe nutrition should be enjoyable, sustainable and tailored to your unique lifestyle. Our guidance focuses on creating balanced, flavorful meals that you'll love, using recipes and strategies that fit your preferences and goals.

How do I prepare for a breathwork session?

We recommend to wear comfortable clothing and to bring a water bottle, a small blanket and a journal. Breathwork is an eyes closed, laying down journey. A mat will be provided or you can bring your own if you prefer. Please be sure to review the list of medical contraindications on the breathwork page to ensure you have no health concerns preventing you from attending.

What are your hours of operation?
